During this difficult moment due to the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19, Art Basel decided to launch a virtual section on the occasion of the Hong Kong 2020 edition: Viewing Rooms. Viewing Rooms allows collectors, art professionals and art lovers to browse artists and artworks through Art Basel’s website, and to experience a virtual tour of the fair. The fourth edition of the exhibition format Preview took place in Milan from the 29th October and the 3rd November 2019, just before Artissima. Preview is the exhibition format presented by BeAdvisors Art Department in collaboration with Golab, where international galleries are invited to dialogue in an unconventional space having the opportunity to collaborate, share perspectives and visions. Artissima is Italy’s most important contemporary art fair. Since its establishment in 1994, it has combined the presence of an international market with a focus on experimentation and research. Nearly two hundred galleries from around the world participate every year. In addition to the fair, Artissima is also composed of three art sections, headed by a board of international curators and museum directors, devoted to emerging artists, drawings and rediscovering the great pioneers of contemporary art. BeAdvisors Art Department has been touring Fiac and Paris Internationale 2019 with a view to carefully select the most promising artists from each fair. FIAC Founded in Paris in 1974, the International Contemporary Art Fair FIAC brings together modern and contemporary art galleries. All media are represented: painting, sculpture, photography, installations, videos, performances, and digital arts. The fair brings together around 200 exhibitors in the Grand Palais, including many of the most influential specialists worldwide in the fields of modern art, contemporary art and design. It presents the finest examples of artistic creation since the turn of the twentieth century.
